About this project

Vaas aims to unlock Latam’s private debt market. The company is building a cross-country technology platform to automate the operations of asset-backed facilities and integrating the local and regulatory infrastructure to unlock the region's capital markets at scale. For example, a $30M asset-backed facility in Mexico produces a ~$2M USD loss due to cash drag, and Vaas objective is to eliminate both barriers and inefficiencies.
