About this project

Colektia is the first AI-powered debt collection company in Latin America. The Company aids financial institutions to create new digital collection models based on artificial intelligence, through a predictive process that is able to indicate the most suitable time, frequency and channel to achieve an effective collection and increase the success rate. By leveraging on technology, Colektia maximizes efficiency in management resources while minimizing human intervention.
